We’re delighted to introduce you to Jill, the blogger behind The Diaper Diaries (or more recently, The Diaper FREE Diaries, as she navigates the potty training saga with her youngest child!) Jill has been blogging since 2007 and I vividly remember meeting her at BlissDom ’09 when I may or may not have completely gushed, upon seeing her walk up to registration, “You’re Jill of Diaper Diaries. I LOVE YOU!!” {Ahem.} This year, you’ll find Jill at BlissDom ’12 as one of the fabulous Community Leaders! Jill is probably best known in the world of mom bloggers for her candid posts about marriage. Since she often writes about marriage we wondered, what is the best marriage advice she and husband, Ryan ever received? “Marriage isn’t 50/50, but 100/0. You give 100% no matter what your spouse is capable of giving you. If you wait for them to do their 50 you will often be disappointed.”
And to continue with our January theme: Any resolutions or goals for the year? “Continue to eat healthy and exercise, be more present with my children, and go on more dates with my husband.”

What’s that smell? It’s Kim…er, Kim’s blog that is! Kim doesn’t smell, well she does, using her nose, we all do…but you know what we mean! Ok, ok, lame attempts at humor aside, Kim is a featured member this month at O2O and she writes a fun, non-odoriferous blog called What’s That Smell? full of life musings, stuff for moms, pop culture & celebrity news, as well as reviews and giveaways. Kim was an architect before deciding to stay home to be with her two children but these days, it’s not only motherhood keeping her busy! Kim is a brand ambassador, entrepreneur, speaker and more! Moms have a lot going on in their lives and often there is music to live by, so we wondered – what was the last song Kim had heard before answering our questions? You won’t be shocked to find out that that is was the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme song! Disney songs tend to dominate the soundtrack of our lives for awhile!

Andrea is the blogger at Good Girl Gone Redneck and an avid Twitter-er! She hails from North Carolina after having lived in New York her entire life. Living in The South has been an adjustment for Andrea but she has found solace in sweet tea (the wine of The South!) and hushpuppies (yum!). She is a married mom of one daughter, loves to read, watch TV, and write! Andrea’s blog covers a lot of territory from personal musings, to memes and book reviews. We met Andrea through the Friends You Love blogging event in October and are delighted to get to know her better. Being that she’s a transplanted Northerner, we wondered would Andrea rather go swimming in the ocean or hiking in the mountains? She say, “Swimming in the ocean. I am like a fish when I can be and love the water.”
I’m known for… being a Native New Yorker who now lives down South!

Laura blogs at Semper Fi Momma, is a USMC wife and mom to three kids. She was among the fabulous ladies that made up the Friends You Love bloggers. Laura’s blog spans a wide range of topics from parenting to cooking to music and more with the occasional review or giveaway thrown in for good measure. Laura enjoys a variety of things that let her be creative like painting, gardening, baking and writing. Her mission is to bridge the gap between the civilian and military worlds, helping each side to a better understanding of how to support and encourage each other.
Every girl’s got a shoe preference so we wondered, would Laura rather wear heels or flats? Her is practical and revealing! “Daily, flats. Dressy, heels. I love the way they make my legs look.” You go, girl!
I’m known for…being a Military wife, a person with a great amount of patience, being independent and strong, and a fiercely loyal friend.
I’m working on…myself, personally, I’m working on getting back in to shape and becoming a runner. I’d like to run my first half marathon next year in the San Diego Rock n’ Roller Half Marathon with TNT.
10 years from now I…my husband will possibly be retired from the military, my oldest child will be 14, and I hope to have a book published.
I’m currently addicted to…brie on thin rice or sesame crackers.
It really annoys me when…traffic on the interstate stops for no reason.
I find joy…in life. I try not to take anything for granted, although I know somethings I do. But if you want to list some of the smaller things that make me happy I’ll go with pedicures, going to the movies, and surprises.
My secret ambition…to be a published author and go on the Rosie O’Donnell show. And now it’s not so secret.
I can’t do without…this is a hard one to answer, because at a few points in my life I have done without everything. I think I’ll go with a favorite book. Books are always a good escape when needed, and the batteries never die.
I’m most creative…late at night. For some reason burning the midnight oil always seems to get the creative juices flowing. And, of course, I get a lot of ideas when there are no pens around.
I admire…people who are brave enough to take the unknown roads in life. Maybe the adventure was a complete fail, but at least you tried it out.
When I grow up…When I grow up … Do we ever completely grow up? When I was 13 I remember thinking 30 was being a grown up. Now I’m here, and I have much more life experience under my belt, a whole bucket load of responsibilities, a marriage, and children of my own, but I’m not sure I feel ‘grown up’.
Coffee or tea? I will always choose coffee first, but I do love tea as well. I’m a huge fan of Teavana Tea’s, but if I’m drinking just a plain ol’ glass of iced tea I prefer it to be unsweetened.
PC or Mac? PC by default. I’ve never owned a Mac. However I do have my eye on the Mac Book Pro.
iPhone or Droid? Droid.
Twitter or Facebook? Twitter is where you’ll find me the most, but I love utilizing both.
Pickles – sweet or dill? Dill!
